Frequently Asked Questions
When do you ship out orders?
I package all orders soon as I receive them! Orders may take 1-5 business days to be shipped out. Current processing time is 2 days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your country. All delivery time depends on my carrier, USPS.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Please check your email for a tracking number to see if your order has been shipped. If your order is untracked, feel free to shoot me an email to check. I ask that you please wait at least two weeks before contacting me about your order.
I use USPS for most items, so delivery times may vary depending on the type of package. To prevent lost orders, I highly recommend choosing shipping with Tracking if you are able to.
Do you ship to EU/UK?
Yes, I do! However, I do not collect nor am I responsible for any VAT/duties/taxes. Customers are responsible for paying their own fees. Please check your country's laws.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read each item's description clearly before placing your order. Some items have a grading system and are discounted to account for any flaws. Bundles and Mystery Packages come as they are promised; I am not responsible if you are unhappy with what's inside yourmystery order. However, I can reassure that you are receiving a deal in monetary value and I've yet to receive a complaint about the selection of goodies :D

Do sticker orders come with tracking?
Stickers are default shipped via postage stamp to save on shipping cost. This means they are shipped without tracking. However, if you would like tracking, please upgrade from the default option at checkout. Select upgrade "with Tracking" for such items, or I will ship them without tracking! When shipping with tracking is selected, you will be given a tracking number for your order. All other items have tracking included, so if your order includes a mix of stickers and other items, tracking will automatically be applied. If you have not selected tracking, I am not responsible for any lost items.
Should I choose Shipping with Tracking or without Tracking?
Once I hand your package off to the Post Office, it is (quite literally) out of my hands, and therefore I am unable to accept responsibility for what may happen to it after drop-off. I leave all packages directly at my Post Office to 100% ensure your package has been received by them.
If you:
• are ordering from outside the main 50 US states (5 US territories and international order)
• have had issues with deliveries to your address in the past
• or have any concerns that your order might not be delivered to you
I HIGHLY recommend choosing Shipping with Tracking. That way you and I can both keep track of where your package goes, and I can work with you if any issue arises.
My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package?
Please check with your Post Office or building's front desk. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I use USPS as my carrier for all packages.
I still haven't received my order. What next?
If it's been more than 3 weeks for Domestic US orders and more than 6 weeks for International orders, please message me. Most of the time, it may be due to USPS running behind schedule, and it is best to wait an additional week or so. Your order may arrive during this time. If it still has not arrived, I encourage you to send me a message and let me know, so that I can see what I can do to help. However, I do want to reiterate, that if you did NOT select a shipping option that includes tracking (i.e: you selected "Standard Shipping" for your stickers), I have very little power to help and am not responsible for your order once it is handed over to my Post Office. I cannot control what USPS does or doesn't do afterwards.
I made a mistake on my order, help!
If you put the wrong address, etc., please message me as soon as possible so I can correct your order. Please include you order number in the subject line.
What if I have any other questions not listed here?
Feel free to message me directly! Unless I am on a trip or at an event, I will get back to you within 24 hrs (likely even sooner)! I want this to be an open communication, full transparency. Please feel free to message me about any questions or concerns you may have! fxtsobacontact@gmail.com
